I offer a wide range of handyman services, including plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, masonry, painting, flooring and more.

Yes, "emergency services" are classified as any new job for which I arrive with same-day notice. These services automatically incur a fee of $125.

I serve San Diego County. Certain areas may incur an additional "expanded range" fee. Please contact me for more information.

All material costs are the responsibility of the client. 

It is up to the client who acquires the materials. Some  prefer to get materials beforehand and hire me for labor. Others prefer that I shop for or pick up the materials - this will be an additional fee.

*Please note that the quality of materials has a direct affect on the final outcome of the job.

I accept Venmo, personal checks, and cash. Credit card payments are acceptable but will incur a 3% fee.
